Psiisp commits to customer satisfaction, we will take the guesswork out of delivery by invoicing the customer with delivery charges, using either a courier or Royal Mail (UK)
Delivery Agents
- Psiisp will ensure the item is shipped within 3 days of payment, WE will either use Royal MAil or a courier within the UK. dependant on size and weight,
- PSiiSP will use royal mail or a courier to deliver internationally.
Delivery Deadline
UK deliveries will be completed within 3 days of payment.
Internation al deliveries will be dependant on numerous factors, including but not limited to, the courier in the delivering country and customs in the delivering country.
PSiiSP will do all possible to ensure a seamless process in delivery, however PSiiSP can not be held responsible for delays in the destination country.
Delivery Charges
The delivery charge of a product is not included with the main price.
- After calculating the distance our agent has to cover or the courier charges, we attach the service charge of sending your products with the invoice.
- The amount we show as the delivery charge of a place can also vary depending on the size and weight of the product.
Other Terms & Limitations
Our service standards may be impacted by either royal mail or courier delays in either collection of item or delivery. In such cases, we can take more than the stated time to deliver an order.
PSiiSP will always attempt to notify sellers and consumers about any upcoming changes in the policy. We will always do our utmost to ensure customer satisfaction.
