Immediate payment is required on purchase. Payment is made via the checkout using Paypal – Paypal payments accepted – you may also pay via debit or credit cards via paypal. Cheques and cash not accepted. We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of payment clearing.

Items are posted the next day after the order is taken and processed. A tracking number will be sent in a confirmation email to let you know your item has been shipped. We use Royal Mail as our courier service and would always inform you if we had to use a different courier service.

We offer a full refund or exchange on all online purchases returned in the condition in which they were sold within 28 days. To exercise your cancellation rights, you must notify us within 7 days from the day after you received your order. Please note that we can only exchange the same items for a different colour or size if available. If a different item is required a separate order will have to be made, and the original order processed accordingly.
